The lake in Riem was created in 2015 for the Bundesgartenschau (Germany’s federal horticulture show) and is a popular leisure destination in the east of Munich.
This lake is 8 kilometers away from the hotel close to Aschheim. It is a popular recreational area with sandy beaches as well as places to find food and drinks.
The Tegernsee is a lake famous for its beautiful view of the Alpine Forelands. You can reach it within as little as 45 minutes by car.
Lake Starnberg is just a 30-minute drive from the center of Munich, which makes it a popular destination for day trips.

The outdoor swimming center in Haar is a typical outdoor pool center that offers large lawns. It is located just 5 kilometers from the hotel.
The golf course in Harthausen is a simple course with 2 parts. The first 9 holes are short and suitable for beginners; the second part is longer and more difficult.
The Golfpark Aschheim can be reached within as little as 20 minutes from the hotel. 18 perfectly well-kept holes and a large driving range offer ideal conditions.
The city golf park as it likes to be called features 2 courses with 9 holes each and a 3-hole course for players who have not yet been fully accepted.
The Alm is a popular destination for visitors on day trips. It is just 20 kilometers from the hotel. The tower close to it gives visitors a marvelous view of the Ludwigshöhe.
The Sauschütt is also located in the Ebersberger Forst (the woodlands of Ebersberg). It is a popular starting point for hikes, bike tours and walks on the forest experience path.
It is always worth a visit! The Forsthaus St. Hubertus is centrally located in the Ebersberger Forst and offers a culinary and historic insight to the forests of our home.
The climbing park in Vaterstetten is the largest in the area. Safely secured with excellent equipment and professional instructions, people of all ages can climb the trees here.
More than a simple zoo. The animals live in enclosures that are sorted by themes. The large parks create an atmosphere that is close to nature.
This wildlife park is home to numerous European animals. In addition to the enclosures, there is also a show with birds of prey. Great fun and enjoyment for families with children.
The petting zoo (“Streichelzoo”) in Aying is just 20 kilometers away from Vaterstetten. You will find typically Bavarian pets and rare wild animals as well as an indoor playground.
The stadium of soccer legend FC Bayern München and the club’s museum can be visited when there is no match at the Allianz Arena.
